Paralegal The candidate should have 2-4 years of paralegal experience in litigation matters, including specifically in the subpoenaing, review and analysis of medical records, and preparation of medical chronologies for attorney use at deposition and trial. Additional responsibilities Include gathering, organizing, summarizing and analyzing documents and materials obtained through discovery; preparing and serving discovery and deposition notices/subpoenas; providing support to attorneys in connection with depositions, pre-trial, trial and post-trial time frames ;and ensuring that all physical and electronic files are kept updated, maintained, and organized, as well as related standard general paralegal tasks. Experience in insurance defense work will be a significant asset. Must have in depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles. Should have the ability to analyze documents for accuracy.
