Patent Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys on various matters. Will be assisting attorneys with preparation, cite-checking, and the service and filing of legal documents to include pleadings, briefs, motions, subpoenas, and discovery; managing electronic case files and docketing systems; assisting with document production and review through various platforms, including Relativity; assisting with deposition, hearing, and trial preparation; performing legal and factual research and investigations; and performing other assignments related to the firm s ongoing matters. Must have 4+ years of litigation experience.
