Seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience for immediate hire. The candidate will work directly with one attorney on cases both in-suit and pre-suit and job duties include opening cases, obtaining records, scheduling, drafting pleadings, drafting discovery and preparing automobile accident and slip and fall cases for trial. Proficient in dropbox, detail oriented, punctual, able to multitask is a must.
