Paralegal The candidate will be joining a litigation practice to provide paralegal support. Must have an experience in all phases of litigation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts. Drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records. Should have Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and 2+ plus years of litigation experience or no degree or certificate and 6+ years of experience. Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records are required. Large-scale multi-party litigation is preferred.
