Civil Litigation Attorney - Insurance Defense The candidate will do case assessment for liability, loss and damages. Manage client reporting, billing, budgeting and case management requirements. Drafting and responding to discovery. Conducting depositions. Exceptional research, writing and briefing skills required. Knowledge of federal, state and local rules required. Licensed to practice in the State of Texas required. 3 years of civil defense litigation experience required. Strong communication, writing and presentations skills required. Active member of the Texas State Bar required. Should have 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Specifically insurance defense/personal injury experience.
