Legal Secretary - Insurance Defense Duties: Transcription and drafting of legal documents to include correspondence, pleadings, motions, orders, etc., experience in e-filing in various state and federal courts, as well as copying, faxing, scanning, mailing documents and other duties as required. Qualifications: Must have 2+ years of experience as a legal secretary in Texas personal injury/insurance defense field. Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others, be able to manage priorities and workflow, excellent grammatical and spelling skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Must be able to multi task and work for multiple attorneys at one time. Must be dependable, personable, well-spoken, have a professional appearance and positive attitude.
