Spanish Speaking Paralegal The candidate will provide support to attorneys in preparing immigration filings. Will assist the attorneys in a wide range of immigration cases, including preparing forms and applications for USCIS, EOIR, and the Department of Labor. Will focus primarily on preparing immigration filings, including working directly with clients to obtain documents and information, completing applications and forms, conducting research, and preparing filings. Review English language forms and other documents with Spanish-speaking clients in Spanish. Should have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
