Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be ordering Medical Records & Bills. Will review of Medical Records & Bills. Medical Summaries. Deposition Summaries. Interaction with staff, attorneys and clients on a daily basis. Entering billable time into time keeping system. Scheduling and calendaring. Other tasks as assigned. Must be an experienced medical malpractice paralegal who is proficient in Microsoft Office to provide support for attorneys in civil defense litigation. Paralegal certification required.
