Paralegal Duties : Will focus on multiple work assignments that are detailed and complex in scope, will interact with clients and other individuals outside the firm and work with minimal direction and guidance on client-related cases. Preparation of routine written discovery, deposition notices and routine court filings. The candidate should have 5+ years experience in family law. Good client coordination and scheduling skills, file management skills, plus strong interpersonal skills within the office, and in working alongside important court employees to schedule hearings and trials. Must be familiar with hourly billing procedures. Must be proficient with Word, iManage and Outlook. Must have paralegal certificate. Board Certification in Family Law a major plus.
