Intellectual Property Paralegal or Legal Assistant The candidate will preparing documents for filing and filing the same with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, communicating with customers, communicating with vendors, handling mail, correspondence and other duties as assigned to assist others in the office. Should preferably have experience in patent docketing, specifically prior use of docketing software (in particular, DocketTrak).
