Legal Secretary The candidate will be meeting with clients, drafting pleadings, assisting with discovery, completing judicial counsel forms. Organize, index and file legal and administrative documents and maintain databases, firm calendars, administrative files and other records. Must have 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Secretary, strong knowledge of both federal and state court rules and calendaring experience (state and federal e-filing experience is required). Should have a strong attention to detail, able to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to recognize potential conflicts and prioritize accordingly. Must have an extensive organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills. Familiarity with clerical responsibilities and administrative aspects of the legal field are important.
