Litigation Paralegal at Law Firm Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Naples office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience in a law firm environment and be familiar with all aspects of discovery and trial preparation. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Relocation assistance will be considered for the right candidate. Job Responsibilities * Collection, review, and analysis of documents * Written responses to discovery requests * Scheduling and preparing for depositions * Preparing pleadings, maintaining files, and docket scheduling * Performing legal research * Experience with e-discovery, including working with outside vendors and organizing and coding documents in Ringtail or other document maintenance software * Preparing and managing trial exhibits using trial presentation software * Knowledge of Florida state and federal jurisdiction rules Qualifications * 5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience in a law firm environment * Ability to meet critical deadlines * Excellent communication and organizational skills * High attention to detail * Comfortable in a team environment Additional Benefits Law Firm provides administrative assistant support to their paralegals, as well as continuing education and professional development opportunities.
