Foreclosure First Legal Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for preparing assignments of mortgage, note certifications, preparing and sending complaints for filing. Prepare legal documents for attorneys review, approval, and execution. Communicate daily in a professional manner with clients and colleagues. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have significant experience in complaint preparation and the First Legal process. Should have 5+ years complaint experience in a foreclosure firm setting. Experience in various client systems, such as CaseAware, BKFS (BlackKnight/LPS), Lenstar, and Tempo required.
