Legal Secretary Candidate will drafting and revising documents, calendaring, filing and serving documents, formatting documents, creating tables of contents/authorities, transcription, and accounting. Law firm experience of 2+ years who have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook. Quickbooks experience is preferred. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, quick-learning, fast working, multi-tasker, well-spoken and have a professional appearance. Spanish language skills required.
