Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will be responsible for Meeting with clients; Court appearances; Reviewing of cases for accuracy and legal viability; Resolving issues for clients originated by the U.S. Trustee; Researching and drafting pleadings; Communicating with courts, trustees, opposing counsel and other local law firms in order to represent the client. Performing other related duties as assigned. Bankruptcy experience is preferred.
