Employment & Labor Associate Attorney The candidate must have JD from an accredited law school; Must be admitted to practice in VA; Should have 3+ years of Labor and Employment litigation experience; Must have excellent written and oral communication skills; Legal project management experience is helpful. Responsibilities: Independently manage a caseload of complex labor and employment defense matters, working cases from beginning to end; Represent clients in a wide range of insurance coverage and defense claims; Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects, relating to a variety of different matters; Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
