Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will be responsible for meeting with and advising clients, gathering documents, drafting court filings, filing bankruptcy petitions and related pleadings, attending creditor meetings and attending court hearings. Will handle new client intake and interviews. Handle final preparation and review of the bankruptcy petitions, prepare and file motions while managing Chapter 7 and 13 cases. Maintain admission to the Southern District of Ohio bankruptcy district. Should have 3+ years of bankruptcy experience, but 5+ years preferred.
