Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will develop case strategies and provide leadership and direction to Paralegals, Case Managers, and Legal Assistants regarding pre-suit cases. Conduct bi-weekly New Case Review Meetings and Demand Projection Meetings with the pre-lit team. Review and approve client settlement demands. Review and approve proposed settlement releases. Serve as the point of contact for staff regarding pre-suit matters. Negotiate client case settlements. Draft, review, and approve settlement statements and reductions for pre-suit matters. Conduct client settlement conferences. Draft and/or review pre-suit probate petitions and conduct probate hearings. Make litigation case recommendations to the litigation team. Must have experience negotiating personal injury settlements, experience reviewing and drafting settlement releases. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be results-orientated and a team player.
