Paralegal The candidate will do invoice preparation using QuickBooks. Document preparation, proofreading, editing, and formatting, Do E-filing, create and manage spreadsheets. Administrative tasks such as office billing, client file management. Conduct basic legal and internet research. Do cite-checking and deposition preparation. Assist with arbitration /trial scheduling and preparation. Index discovery documents. Should preferably have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of MS Office experience. Should have 2+ years of experience in a law firm with an understanding of basic legal concepts. Strong prioritization and organization skills are required. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Adobe Acrobat, proficient with Lexis Advance (Lexis), Pacer. Proficiency and experience in running full firm accounting and client invoicing in Quickbooks is a must. Should have strong written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage workload consisting of multiple tasks.
