Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. Should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized. Must have strong job stability and stellar references and exceptional computer skills are a must. Will Review and draft routine legal documents, Discovery, trial preparation, Create and maintain case files, Requesting and summarizing records and depositions, Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders. Conduct legal research. A Bachelor's degree/Paralegal Certificate and at least 3 years of insurance defense experience is required.
