Legal Secretary The candidate's responsibilities include: Managing office logistics; Filing & Organizing Documents; Maintaining records & files in Dropbox or Google; First point of contact/representative for clients; Maintain a professional image in the office; Assisting in preparing and responding to discovery; Preparing, organizing and filing documents for court and hearings. Must have High school degree or equivalent experience. Experience with administrative tasks or paralegal/legal secretarial work (preferred). Should have strong organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills. Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience or familiarity with Adobe Acrobat DC.
