Associate Attorney (Construction Labor Law) The candidate will be responsible for: Independently manage a caseload involving construction (NYS Labor Law), insurance defense and general liability. Work closely Partners and team members on legal projects. Manage court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Should have 2+ of experience in Construction Liability Law. Must have strong writing skills, ability to manage complex cases, conduct depositions, manage discovery and assist with trial preparation. Knowledge of Insurance Coverage a plus.
