Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate must have experience with the following software: Best Case Bankruptcy, CM/ECF, PACER, Tussman (or some other billing software like Time Slips), Word Perfect, MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Skype. Must be familiar with the following technical terms: M362, bar date, 341a, DIP, US Trustee, Ch7, Ch13, Ch11, 523/727. Should have 3+ years of bankruptcy experience.
