Estate Planning Legal Secretary The candidate will be inputting estate planning documents. Will be corresponding with clients. Preparing deeds, forms, and transmittal letters. Assisting with asset transfers. Communicating with clients in person and by phone. Performing paralegal work, depending on applicant's background. The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in drafting Trusts. A strong background in customer service is preferred. Should have a working knowledge of funding of trusts, including transfers of real property. Experience with trust administration and estate tax issues, is preferred. Should be literate in Microsoft Applications and case management programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Trust Drafting Systems a plus.
