Workers' Compensation Paralegal Candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining case files. Experience required of Workers Compensation Knowledge, Social Security Disability, New York State Disability Retirement and Medicare guidelines. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be organized, professional, responsible, and committed to helping us meet all of our clients needs. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and working knowledge of MS office. Must have a strong work ethic, excel in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team and/or independently.
