Immigration Attorney The candidate will conduct initial assessments on immigration cases to determine eligibility for immigration benefits. Prepare immigration cases and represent clients in a wide variety of immigration related matters including, but not limited to, asylum and other forms of removal defense before the immigration courts, family-based immigration, naturalization, and humanitarian benefits such as VAWA, U visa, SIJS, and TPS. Should preferably have 1+ years of Attorneys experience. Prior experience in immigration law is preferred. License to Practice Law is preferred. Spanish skills are required.
