Business / Corporate Staff Attorney The candidate will handle day-to-day legal work supporting the Business and Technology Team. Should have taken courses in areas of corporations, tax and securities. Work will primarily be involved in merger and acquisition and securities transactions, including due diligence, disclosure schedules, closing documents and corporate governance matters. Should have a genuine interest in these areas of law and must provide law school transcript. Position requires California bar admission and excellent academic credentials.
