Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate should have 2-5 year s experience in medical collection and Plaintiff accident work from the sign up to trial. Should be highly motivated and eager to grow with an expanding and hard-working firm. Responsibilities: Management of significant volume of litigation and pre-litigation personal injury files; Collecting medical bills/records; Reviewing medical records and drafting demand letters; Calling clients for information; Perform administrative duties (calendar deadlines, organize case files, draft letters, etc.). Should have 2-5 years experience in personal injury, discovery, and/or medical bill and record collection. Great client communication required. Microsoft Excel required. Microsoft Word required.
