Trusts and Estates Paralegal The candidate will prepare legal documents, filings, and/or general correspondence with accuracy and adhere to the firm formatting guidelines. Must have 5+ years of recent Trust and Estates experience as well as experience with estate planning and probate litigation, generally complex in a variety of ways: assets, values, multiple jurisdictions, taxable estates. Tax background and understanding is preferable, with knowledge and preparation of Form 706 and Form 709. Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook.
