Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for medical Chrons. Organizing and maintaining discovery materials. Communicating with experts. Calendaring deadlines, hearings, mediations and appeals. Preparing subpoenas, legal correspondence and other documents. Trial preparing by organizing exhibits and assisting with other tasks. Law firm experience, litigation defense experience is a plus. Experience in Federal Courts is a plus. Typing speed of 70+ WPM is required.
