Paralegal The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience. Construction defect experience and/or casualty preferred. Looking for candidates with strong communication and writing skills. Should be familiar with litigation deadlines, electronic filing in state courts, discovery, record review, processing, summarizing and writing chronologies, case management assistance with mediation and trial preparation. Should be a self-starter with solid time management skills and the ability to complete projects efficiently. Position requires a certificate from an ABA accredited paralegal program. Bachelor's degree preferred.
