Legal Secretary The candidate will e-filing experience in Georgia, both state and Federal court. Proof and finalize correspondence, pleadings; including but not limited to, Answers, Discovery Demands, Motions. Name, save and print documents from our iManage system. Perform various litigation assistant duties. Heavy document management organizational skills. Assist multiple attorneys. Trial preparation, including preparation of trial binders. Opening and scanning all incoming mail; handling outgoing mail. Scheduling and coordinating with vendors. Professional and pleasant demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Attention to detail are required. Ability to respond timely and effectively in a team atmosphere. Ability to multi-task independently. High level of computer competency, in the complete Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, iManage document file system, e-Copy, PDF conversion. e-Dockets calendaring experience helpful.
