Must be motivated and enjoy helping change peoples lives for the better. Must see themselves with the firm long term. Must be a fast learner with a positive attitude. Should be proficient in Word, Excel, and power point. Must be open to learning and adapting to the firms style of working and adding value where possible. Bilingual is preferred.
