Litigation Paralegal The candidate will perform high-quality billable work and expertise in assisting attorneys through all phases of litigation. College degree, ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent essential. Should have 3+ years of experience in the areas of labor and employment, insurance defense, tort, and professional liability. Must have experience reviewing and summarizing medical and other related records, summarizing depositions, interviewing witnesses, as well as document management experience. Strong knowledge and experience with discovery and subpoenas a must. Should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, have strong technical and database skills and possess pre-trial experience. Highly skilled, proactive and well-rounded litigation paralegal essential. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills essential. Must have knowledge and experience with discovery and subpoenas. Document management experience needed. Must possess knowledge of state and Federal court rules, as well as working knowledge of e-Filing.
