Junior Paralegal The candidate will be drafting and responding to discoveries. Taking declarations. Drafting discovery motions and letter briefs. Follow up regarding status and/or issues with filings in a prompt and professional manner. Interviewing clients, witnesses and others. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience required in personal injury cases. Must have written Communication Skills Command of grammar, spelling, and the English language. Computer Skills Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, litigation support, and internet. 2-year degree is required. Spanish language fluency is a plus.
