Must have the ability to handle 75 cases in active litigation and experience with drafting complaints, preparing discovery responses, filing motions, trial prep, calendaring depositions, and mediations. Should preferably have excellent written and communication skills, able to work in a team atmosphere, self-starter and eager to learn and advance.
