Paralegal - Workers' Compensation The candidate should have 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in the workers compensation industry. Must have strong computer skills, including, but not limited to, use of Client Profiles, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Experience. Excellent oral, written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills are required. should have experience in drafting medical record summaries, discovery response, RTP, subpoenas, prepare trial notebook, trial prep, and settlement documents. Establish and maintain tracking, calendaring and filing system for legal activities and scheduling. Provide support to Counsel for legal issues that arise including, but not limited to, performing fact research, creating chronologies, pulling documents, preparing summaries or other assigned tasks associated with case management. Exercise impeccable judgment, discretion, respect and integrity.
