Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 4 years prior experience. Would be responsible for providing assistance during all phases of the litigation process including conducting interviews, legal research, document control and attending trials. Also know how to file pleadings in both state and federal courts; be proficient in preparing subpoenas, initial disclosures, and other standard discovery tasks; and have experience with litigation software. Experience obtaining, organizing, and summarizing medical records is preferred, but not required. Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, with strong writing and communication skills. Proven working experience as a litigation paralegal is required. Must have applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices. Should have Paralegal associates degree or other relevant certification.
