Litigation Associate Attorneys Candidate will take an active role in case origination, managing cases, drafting and arguing motions, engaging in discovery and depositions, and participating at trial. Will be on the front line of active litigation and will find the practice both challenging and rewarding. Qualifications: JD Degree and 1-2 years of experience. Admission to the MN Bar, or eligibility for admission within 6 months. Superior analytical skills and excellent research and writing skills. Excellent oral communication and advocacy skills. Strategic and proactive thinking. Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, work independently, and meet deadlines under pressure. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and diligent.
