General Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for writing briefs, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, drafting affirmative and responsive discovery, and experience with routine and complex filings plus some courtroom experience (handling routine court appearances, arguing motions, and/or presenting witnesses). Must have 2-3 years of complex litigation experience (2014 or 2015 J.D.) for General Litigation practice. Should have experience in state and local tax controversy matters is also preferred. Michigan bar admission is required. Strong academic record and excellent electronic data management skills, research, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
