Litigation Paralegal The candidate must possess a bachelor s degree, a degree or certificate in paralegal studies or significant experience as a litigation paralegal. Ideal candidates should also possess strong research, analytical, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills. Having a positive attitude, being a team player and possessing the skills to effectively prioritize their workload are considered valuable attributes for the successful candidate. Quality candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, document management systems, electronic legal research, database programs and general computer skills. Those with experience will be given preference.
