Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work for personal injury law firm. Review incoming IDS to make sure OC gave us all exhibits. Request medical records. Bates number documents. Draft, edit, review pleadings. Send lien letters. Open Medicare claims. Draft complaints, initial pleadings, discovery, disclosures and supplementals. Including but not limited to motions, subpoenas. Talk to clients regarding litigation process, discovery, keep regular communication. Calendaring deadlines. Should have 3-5 years minimum working in Plaintiff Personal Injury. Experience or background in Medical Malpractice or Trucking cases is a plus. Excellent follow up and attention to detail skills are required. should be Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Needles, Dropbox. Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
