Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will perform a variety of litigation tasks such as processing subpoenas and court orders, and monitoring service. Will handle client and claim management, including responding to client inquiries, tracking all litigation matters, and opening files. Docket management, including the scheduling of depositions. Litigation and project management assistance. Drafting routine motions. Should have 2+ years of litigation paralegal work or comparable work experience. Must have Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate. Experience or knowledge of basic accounting a plus. Experience with or knowledge of QuickBooks a plus. Must have familiarity with local, state and federal rules regarding pleadings and discovery. Should have excellent writing, verbal skills, and editing skills. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. Should have experience with CRM software.
