The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, primarily in real estate and construction transactions and litigation, with some experience in business transactions and litigation preferred. Job Responsibilities: Manage caseload under the supervision of either a senior attorney or partner. Conduct legal research and draft motions and discovery. Work independently and provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Possess computer ability. Qualifications: Must be a member in good standing with the State Bar of California. Experience in real estate and construction transactions and litigation. Experience in business transactions and litigation is a plus. Salary & Benefits: This position offers a competitive market-based salary ranging from $100K - $150K, depending on experience.
