Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be preparing family-based petitions and applications. In addition, the candidate will assist in preparing motions and other filings with Immigration Court. Must have a commitment to hard work, attention to detail, excellent writing, excellent communication, and organization. Candidates must also be able to speak, read and write Spanish fluently. Applicants not fluent in Spanish will not be considered. A 4-year degree is preferred but not required. Must have 2 years of experience.
