Estate Planning Attorney The candidate will respond to high volume of inbound calls, quickly identifying the client's request or problem and efficiently providing the most effective solution. Will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone, email, and/or text to respond to questions, requests; handhold clients to move them along the process. Make outbound calls to existing clients, set appointments with clients and sends reminders of any upcoming meetings. Demonstrate a full understanding of current offerings and the ability to communicate them clearly to customers at every opportunity. Efficiently enter accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken. Shadow attorney to learn how to draft wills and trusts, and interact with clients in a legal aspect. Should have a Law degree and CA Bar admission. Should preferably have 2+ years of legal-field experience or customer service experience (legal assistant, legal admin, paralegal, junior associate). Fluent English and Spanish speaking skills preferred. B2C experience (direct to consumer) desired.
