Personal Injury Attorney The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience. Should have a JD Degree from an accredited law school. Be licensed to practice law in Illinois. Must have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, critical thinking, and like to work in a team atmosphere we d love to have you come aboard. Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary along with the willingness and ability to regularly interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person. Be computer savvy. Have solid problem-solving skills. Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must have strong attention to detail. Be client-centric. Be highly organized. Must be able to multitask efficiently and effectively.
