Finance and Creditors' Rights Paralegal The candidate's duties will include: working closely with attorneys to, among other things (i) prepare loan documentation; (ii) attend and prepare for loan closings, (iii) maintain contact with clients regarding open matters and (iv) review due diligence of entities and prepare resolutions. Must be comfortable and effective in a client facing role. Bachelor's (Preferred). A four year college degree and paralegal certificate preferred. Ideal candidates would possess excellent communication, organizational and client service skills plus a familiarity with research and litigation software.
