Title : Immigration Attorney

Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent clients in Houston Immigration Court hearings (detained experience a plus), as well as in USCIS and Asylum Interviews. Will meet with clients in the office. Should have 3 years of immigration experience in a fast-paced work environment. Must be able to manage individual caseload; prioritize, manage simultaneous tasks and deadlines. Must be knowledgeable in working with USCIS and Immigration court. Should be familiar with Family petitions, asylum cases, waivers (I-601A, I-601, I-212), AOS, citizenship, deportation removals, and appeals. The Candidate must exhibit strong writing skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Must be licensed to Practice Law (Texas License preferred). Experience in the Cuban Adjustment Act and Cuban Asylum is a significant plus. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
