Legal Secretary Duties: Provide Administrative support to lawyers and/or paralegals. Answering phones, client intake/interviewing/management; drafting and typing letters and documents; computer and physical file management, accurate dual calendar maintenance; organize numerous files; handle incoming and outgoing mail; maintain good work rapport with clients and co-workers; management of office social media; client/referring attorney relations; bill/invoice distribution; timekeeping; other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Associate's Degree preferred. 2 years' Administrative Assistant, required. Legal Secretary, preferred. Some college education and/or 2 years' experience working in a professional office. Friendly and professional demeanor; good phone etiquette; great with people; excellent communication skills; experience with Word Perfect, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, multi-line phone; internet; ability to use common office technology and online applications; attention to detail; excellent typing and keyboarding skills; ability to work as team member as well as individually; ability to think on your feet with good problem anticipation and solution; document preparation and editing; must be reliable, punctual and organized. Stable work history and professional appearance.
